Rental Policy: Rentals require a two hour set up and two hour breakdown block. Extra charge for extended days. A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to hold the date. The remaining amount is due before set up begins. Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of the event. If the rental is cancelled before the 60 day mark, a refund will be issued to original payment method. If quicker set up and break down is requested an additional staff will be needed.
